This basement ment a lot to me. I am Isabel.

Basement Dwelling
Isabel lived across the street from her two best friends, Mina and Jennifer, who lived on the sixth floor, just like Isabel, except she lived in the building across the street. Most of the time the three friends were together, in the park on 214th street, or in one of their houses. They were too young to explore around the city, but Isabel was sure that when that time came, they would have many great adventures doing so.
Another place the three girls loved to explore was the basement of 586 West 215th street, which was the building that Mina and Jennifer lived in. To a normal adult person, this would appear a place where people dump their old, broken, ripped up furniture and other dysfunctional odds and ends. But to Isabel and her friends, this was a pile of used objects that had amazing potential, and if you dug through the pile correctly, and if you were lucky enough, you could find magical things.
It was the day of Mina’s birthday, so the triplet decided to make a visit to the basement. As they go out of the elevator and stepped into the cold, cement, house of treasures, their eyes, immune to the front row of garbage cans because they usually stayed the same, paddled their way through the couches with gashes, and the clear garbage bags filled with pieces of newspapers, and old electronic springs.
At the back of the basement, Mina found a big stuffed animal. It was a bunny. Mina loved both rabbits and stuffed animals, both of which her mother warned her she should not take home from the basement. Isabel found a large, clock, which had a plastic, see-through covering so that all of the gears inside were visible. Most of the time Isabel brought things home that she could disassemble. Her father said that she would most likely invent a new type of advanced computer when she grew up.
The girls spent a reasonable amount of time rummaging through the musty basement, and only one of the girls had found something she was satisfied with keeping. They decided to journey back up to Mina’s apartment and play “Who Wants to be a Millionaire,” which was one of their favorite games, although its contents varied from the actual show. While they were about to get into the elevator, they took one last wishful look at the basement, and all of their disappointment disappeared. All of their eyes were glued on one thing. A treasure map was rolled up tightly and halfway sticking out of a garbage can in the front row of trash. The horrid smell and the moist atmosphere went away. At once the three ran to it. It being Mina’s birthday, she had the honor of slowly picking it up, and unrolling it. Six eyes were glued to the parchment in awe. The treasure map was for the park that was located right outside the building.
Mina jammed the map together so that it would fit in her one small hand, and ran upstairs, closely being trailed by Isabel and Jennifer. Within a few seconds they had told the story to Mina’s parents, who had smug looks on their face. Their usual inquiry after most stories about the basement was spared today, but the anxious children did not notice this. In the park, the children followed the treasure map, Mina’s parents followed several paces behind.
This was the most exciting thing that the three best friends had ever found in the basement, and they were sure there were many more times that they would venture to the basement, looking for an adventure.

I don't know weather im really proud of this or not. I'll have to go over it some more.
